چکیده
امروزه با پیشرفت علم و تکنولوژی در
کلیه زمینه ها ، دیگر محاسبات و طراحیهای دستی جای خود را به سیستمهای
پیشرفته رایانه ای داده است در این میان یکی از مهمترین سیستمهای
کامپیوتری ، سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی GIS می باشد سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی
شبکه های توزیع برق کاربردهای فراوانی دارد که از مهمترین این کاربردها در
طراحی و بهره برداری شبکه های برق می باشد که همانگونه که در این گزارش کار
ذکر خواهد شد ، سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی GIS جایگاه مهمی در افزایش سطح
ایمنی افراد و تجهیزات خواهد داشت.
مقدمه:
در دهه 1970 با پیشرفت علم و امکان دسترسی به فناوری های کامپیوتری و
تکنولوژیهای لازم برای کار با داده های مکانی، سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی یا
GIS برای فراهم آوردن قدرت تجربه و تحلیل حجم های بزرک داده های جغرافیایی
شکل گرفت.در دهه های اخیر به سبب گسترش تکنولوژی های کامپیوتری، سیستم های
اطلاعات جغرافیایی امکان نگهداری به روز داده های مرجع و نیز امکان ترکیب
مجموعه داده های مختلف را به طور موثر فراهم ساخته اند.نقطه قوت اصلی GIS
در استفاده از رویه های فاصله ای و آماری جهت آنالیز و تحلیل مشخصه ها و
اطلاعات جغرافیایی می باشد. نتیجه نهایی تحلیل می تواند به صورت اطلاعات
مشتق شده ، اطلاعات درون یابی یا اطلاعات اولویت بندی باشد.
GIS یک
سیستم کامپیوتری با توانایی های اسمبل کردن،ذخیره،دست کاری و نمایش
اطلاعات جغرافیایی می باشد داده ها با توجه به محلشان هویت شناسی می شوند.
یک سیستم اطلاعت جغرافیایی GIS یک ابزار بر پایه کامپیوتری جهت نقشه
برداری و تحلیل آن چیزهایی است که در روی زمین وجود دارد و حوادثی که روی
زمین اتفاق می افتد. یک GIS هرگز به تنهایی نمی تواند وجود داشته باشد
بلکه نیازمند به وجود سازمان منسجمی از نیروی انسانی،تجهیزات وتسهیلات
می باشد تا مسئولیت پیاده سازی و نگهداری GIS را بر عهده گیرد، لذا با توجه
به استقرار سیستم GIS شبکه های توزیع برق در شهرستان مشهد و رویکرد شرکت
توزیع نیروی برق خراسان رضوی جهت استقرار این سیستم در سایر شهرستانها در
این گزارش کارآموزی به کاربردهای سیستم GIS در شبکه های توزیع برق و نقش آن
در افزایش سطح ایمنی کارکنان و تجهیزات اشاره ای می گردد.
در فصل
اول گزارش ، با محل کار آموزی و چارت سازمانی امور برق ناحیه 7 مشهد آشنا
می شویم ، در فصل دوم تعریفی از GIS واجزای تشکیل دهنده و طریقه استفاده
از GIS می پردازیم،فصل سوم نیز آشنایی مقدماتی برداشت معابر ، اصطلاحات و
وسایل اتصال در شبکه توزیع آشنا می شویم .
